Cancel order
If you wish to cancel your order, then you need to contact us at support@cleanstone.shop as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, it's too late to cancel.

Returns
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on our products. If for any reason you're unhappy with your order, please contact our support team at support@cleanstone.shop and we will do our best to help you out.

Damaged item upon Delivery
If you have received a damaged item, then you have to send us an email within 30 days of receiving the products at support@cleanstone.shop with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us (return instructions will be provided within the replied email). Upon the receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Cleanstone is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Cleanstone will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
